Welcome to Little You. By downloading or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Little You ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Little You is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to transform photographs of users into miniature figurine-style portrait illustrations. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Content

When you upload a photo to Little You:

You retain full ownership of any photos you upload.
You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your photo solely for the purpose of generating your miniature illustration.
We do not store, share, or sell your photos. All processing occurs in real time and photos are deleted immediately after the transformation is complete.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photo you submit, including photos of other people.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Little You to:

Upload photos of other individuals without their explicit consent.
Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the AI model or backend infrastructure.
Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from us.

5. Intellectual Property

Little You owns the app’s design and interface. While the AI models are provided by third parties, the specific styles and outputs generated for you are for personal use only. You may not sell or commercially exploit these images unless you have a formal license agreement with us.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations. Likeness accuracy is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notice.
