Privacy Policy

🔒 Short version: Your photos are never stored on our servers. We process them in real time, generate your miniature, and immediately discard the original. We do not sell your data. Ever.

Little You ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

1. What We Collect

Photos you upload — When you submit a photo for transformation, it is transmitted securely to our AI processing server. It is used solely to generate your miniature and is permanently deleted within seconds of processing. We do not retain, copy, or log any photo data.

Anonymous usage analytics — We collect basic, anonymised analytics (e.g. app launch count, feature usage frequency) to improve the product. These analytics contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked to you.

Crash reports — If the app crashes, a crash report may be sent via Apple's standard crash reporting system. These reports do not include your photos or personal data.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not collect your name, email, or any account information (no sign-up required).
We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
We do not retain biometric or facial recognition data.
We do not access your camera roll beyond the photo you explicitly select.

3. How We Use Your Data

The only purpose for which your photo is used is to generate the AI miniature illustration you requested. It is not used for model training, advertising targeting, research, or any other purpose.

4. Data Storage & Security

Photo data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Our servers are hosted in the EU and are compliant with GDPR. As described above, photos are deleted immediately after transformation — there is no persistent storage of your image.

5. Third Parties

We use the following limited third-party services:

Apple App Store — for distribution and in-app purchases, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Anonymous analytics provider — for aggregated, non-identifiable usage data only.

We do not share any data with advertising networks, social media platforms, or data brokers.

6. Children's Privacy

Little You is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted a photo, please contact us and we will ensure any data is deleted immediately.

7. Your Rights

Because we do not store personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete in response to a data subject request. If you have a concern about how your data was handled during a session, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

8. GDPR (EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, and erase personal data. Our legal basis for processing your photo is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), provided when you choose to submit a photo for transformation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
